Ubiquicity provides personalized assistance services to the people going to a city which they do not know yet or not enough.
These services are available in Paris and New York.

• You contact us by email or telephone.
• A Ubiquicity consultant calls you in the following 48h to make an appointment with you for a free initial consultation to understand your desires and tastes (we can also consult by email).
• We send an estimate to you and then complete your request.

Any person visiting Paris or New York (short or long stay) who does not know or knows little of the city, for businesspeople with little time, for busy parents.

• Partnerships and personal contacts

We provide an estimate to you: 50% of the amount is to be paid before the service, the rest within the 15 days after you receive the invoice.

The payment is carried out by check, credit transfer or cash (in euros or dollars according to the office which has taken the order – the conversion rate is fixed the day of the estimate).

If an emergency forces you to cancel your trip, payment will be fully refunded if notice is received 30 days prior to service provided.
With less than 30 days notice; 90% of payment will be refunded if cancellation 15 days prior to service is provided and 50% of payment will be refunded if cancellation 8 days prior to service is provided. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this program, there will be no refunds with less than 8 days notice.

Ubiquicity enables you to leave without concern. We seek an apartment for you according to your budget and your desires (given during the initial consultation), provide a detailed analysis of your future area to live (food, schools, transport, …),and offer a service of reception of your furniture before your arrival for an optimal comfort.
• You have little time, you want to make purchases, Ubiquicity allows you to save time, hassle and money by doing your shopping, preparing your administrative steps related to your installation, …
• You want to be advised or guided in your purchases because you do not know where to go, do not know the sizes or do not speak the language; Ubiquicity provides you conversions of the sizes and prices, recommends addresses of creators, stores well known by the celebrities and especially by the inhabitants, and analyses your wardrobe. A bilingual consultant can accompany you during your shopping.
• You want to treat yourself but do not know the addresses, Ubiquicity recommends to you and organizes your day or trip in line with your budget and your desires.
• You wish to leave the beaten paths and to discover new ones Ubiquicity shows you the unknown.
• Ubiquicity wants you to benefit ahead from news and sends you a newsletter with the new addresses, tendencies, …
